Coconut Secret's Chocolate Covered Snack Bars and Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce Review!

It all started in the year of 2008 with Randy and Leslie who shared a passion to concoct a low glycemic , yet gluten-free product line of snacks that is safe for diabetics to consume with using the finest of ingredients from organic ingredients when they found out how unhealthy the diabetic snacks on the market really were as they were hidden with unwanted sugar like fruit juices and honey and high fructose corn syrup which has been proven to increase the chance of both Diabetes and obesity and that is how Coconut Secret began.

Coconut Secret came up with their very own version of classic snack bars and even macaroons too with slight improvements that satisfy any craving from sweet to savory!

The coconut Secret products that I chose to try for review are the Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce and the coconut bars covered in chocolate because hello who doesn't love the taste of nutty sweet coconut smothered in luscious chocolate?

Coconut Secret was right when they said it reminded them of a Mounds Bar only better because let me tell you it sure is! You've got sweet nutty coconut doused in silky yet decadent dark chocolate !

Mint Coconut:

I really enjoyed the refreshing minty taste along with the crunch of cacao nibs . I also liked the fact that the mint wasn't overpowering it was light and refreshing along with the smooth creaminess of the chocolate that balanced it out and that cacao crunch! 

Almond Coconut:
Made from Coconut, Real Chocolate Coating (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Crystals) Coconut Nectar, Vanilla Extract, and Sunflower Lecithin 

To me it tasted just like my favorite candy bar the classic Almond Joy as a kid only healthier !
Biting into this bar was pure heaven from the smooth creamy chocolate that melted in my mouth as I took a bite to the nutty sweetness of coconut and the crunch of the roasted almonds it was amazing !

For as long as I can remember I have been a fan of sweets from cookies, cake and even chocolate especially when paired with coconut and these bars from Coconut Secret helped satisfy my craving for something sweet I loved each and every flavor, like the mint with crunchy cacao nibs that were both bitter and sweet along with a cooling mint sensation. Or the Almond Coconut bar that was covered in dark chocolate with roasted almonds, or the macaroon that was nutty and sweet. The classic coconut was outstanding it offered great texture and flavor from the coconut and the chocolate coating !

I cooked the chicken in a pan along with garlic coconut oil and then drizzled the Coconut Amino Teriyaki sauce over the chicken. The sauce marinated the chicken perfectly adding a touch of sweetness !

Teriyaki Chicken pizza made with Simple Mills pizza crust complete with diced onions, olives and Kite-Hill cheese makes for one delicious meal with a dash of Trader Joe's Everything but the bagel seasoning for the crust !

This Teriyaki Chicken sandwich was so tasty the sauce sticky and sweet complete with carrots, celery plantain chips and ranch for dipping ! The cool and creamy ranch balanced out the sweetness of the sauce ever so perfectly !

The Coconut Amino Teriyaki sauce was unlike anything I've ever tried it was slightly sweet, smoky from the cayenne giving it just the right amount of heat and went great on pizza even a sandwich!
